We try to keep a variety of 8″ cakes available in our display cases for immediate purchase and personalization however we highly recommend placing cake orders at least 48 hours in advance. On popular weekends our baking schedule often fills up and gets a crazy. Orders for custom decorated cakes and cupcakes should be placed as far in advance as possible we do our best to accommodate last-minute custom orders but we cannot guarantee availability.
MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We have worked hard to create flavor combinations that make our products special. Because of this we regret that we’re unable to accommodate modifications to menu items (e.g. the addition or omission of particular ingredients (nuts, fillings, etc.). However to accommodate a wide range of preferences we have created a wide variety flavors and we are confident there’s a cake flavor for everyone! Thank you for your understanding.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final with the exception of custom orders cancelled with in 30 days. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error. We do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.
A 100% deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order. Notification of cancellation must be made (30) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice.
The date of your final confirmation is one week prior to pick up this time any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake can be made. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.
