People ask so many times...
"Where did you come up with that name & why are you next door to a garage"? Well....here’s the story, my maiden name was Cocca, I married and took my husbands name Dott (yes, as in Dotts Garage) put the two together. COCCADOTTS, cute and it worked. That was the beginning. Next was a phone conversation that really got the cakes baking.

Matt: Hello?
Rachel: Hi Matt, its Rachel...
Matt: Whats up?
Rachel: I was thinking...
Matt: I don't like when you do that.
Rachel: I want to open a bakery.
Matt: You’re nuts!
Rachel: Will you be my partner?
Matt: OK!! (very excited)

Conversation ended & the rest was nothing more then butter, batter, & brown sugar. Fast forward three years later, and here we are doing what we absolutely love! At the time we were two kids with big dreams.
